The Habit of Art by Alan Bennett re-released by the Original Theatre Company..

The Original Theatre production of Alan Bennett’s The Habit of Art will be available on line untl 28 February 2021. The company gets no Arts Council support and faced ruin when lockdown was imposed in March – the production, which stars Matthew Kelly and David Yelland, was filmed and released then and is now being re-released. In addition they are issuing a three part documentary Home Made telling how they responded to the crisis by creating four new on line productions as well as the filmed versions of this play and The Croft, which was also touring when theatres closed. Tickets for The Habit of Art cost £10, the documentary is free although obviously a donation would be welcome. You can google www.originaltheatreonline.com
